The FRSA-SIF works closely with the FRSA Education Foundation in the development and presentation of programs dealing with safety and workers' compensation issues. Each year the SIF provides its members cost free access to programs
supplied by the FRSA that meet CE requirements for safety and/or workers compensation mandated by the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB).
