pulling building permits, working for a general contractor or
doing work for an individual homeowner, it will be necessary for
you to show proof of your workers’ compensation insurance. As
a true member service, all certificates are issued by the FRSA-SIF
directly to your clients by mail, e-mail and/or fax, depending
on your request.
All SIF members may request a Certificate of Insurance by using one of the following procedures that best serves you.
Call our office, 407-671-3772 Extension 200. Linda Gillen is the contact person to take your certificate request.
Call our office, Extension 505 and follow the instructions for leaving the certificate request information in the voice mail.
