CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE

 

When pulling building permits, working for a general contractor or doing work for an individual homeowner, it will be necessary for you to show proof of your workers’ compensation insurance. As a true member service, all certificates are issued by the FRSA-SIF directly to your clients by mail, e-mail and/or fax, depending on your request.


All SIF members may request a Certificate of Insurance by using one of the following procedures that best serves you.

    • Call our office, 407-671-3772 Extension 200. Linda Gillen is the contact person to take your certificate request.
    • Call our office, Extension 505 and follow the instructions for leaving the certificate request information in the voice mail.
    • Fax request to us at 407-671-2520
    • Request online – click here

All Certificates of Insurance will be mailed, faxed or emailed on the day requested. In emergency situations we will handle expediently.
