pulling building permits, working for a general contractor or
doing work for an individual homeowner, it will be necessary for
you to show proof of your workers’ compensation insurance. As
a true member service, all certificates are issued by the FRSA-SIF
directly to your clients by mail, e-mail and/or fax, depending
on your request.
All SIF members may request a Certificate of Insurance by using one of the following procedures that best serves you.
All Certificates of Insurance will be mailed, faxed
or emailed on the day requested. In emergency situations we will handle expediently.
