The FRSA-SIF performs its daily operations with a full-time staff. The Board of Trustees, the ultimate authority for its operation, delegates this responsibility to the Administrator, Brett Stiegel, who oversees all daily operations and staffing of the FRSA-SIF. The Administrator is also an employee of the FRSA-SIF. The FRSA-SIF contracts with outside service companies for Claims Servicing and Managed Care. The FRSA-SIF Staff performs all other functions.
